R1000 Accessory Voucher never received as promised

Earlier in May 2025 I app**** for an upgrade of my Telkom contract and was promised an accessory voucher of R1000 as part of the offer - iPhone 15 128GB Black + R1000 Accessory Voucher but to date I have not received the offer. I have emailed Telkom and visited their stores to escalate this matter but I still haven't received the voucher.
