R1000 a month for 0.11mbs ADSL

<p>We've had telkom adsl since 2014 and since October been having issues with slow connection or dropped line. We changed the modem as recommended by Telkom and even upgraded our line to 4mbs at R1000 a month. But stull havent had satisfactory service and internet access. We contacted the call today and apoke to three different agents who couldnt help us or even escalate the matter to senior management. Pathetic excuses that nobody was available or in a meeting. We'll be changing our provider for sure very soon. </p>
