R0.01 of my emergency airtime vanished

I had a very bad experience with Telkom emergency airtime...

On the 28 of January 2023, My mobile data was off like turned off for it not consume any airtime I will recharge, dailed the customer service ussd number *180# or *147# or *123# to get an advanced airtime. My limit was at 60 Rand with the recharge options of R3,R5, up to R50 for lending. First recharged with R50 it was loaded second I dailed again recharged with R5 which took time to reflect on my side I waited got an SMS stating I have recharged with R5.

My aim for the recharge was to purchase the Back2school data bundle of 4G costing R55, before going through to purchase checked the balance to verify if the emergency airtime is loaded I see it shows me R51.64.

I said to my self let me wait until noon of 29 January, Sunday morning. I waited checked the balance and it was now R54.99 . Then said to myself let me sleep perhaps it will load later on by the day the slept. Wake up in the morning it's still R54.99, tried to call the customer service it was still past 6:04 am ,6:05 am ,6:06 am ,6:07 am,6:09 am,6:14 am,6:41 am the system said I need to wait for Telkom working hours.

Pushed the time by doing c****s and at about 7:00 am dailed again got to a consultant named "Thobile Masuku" if not mistaken to explain to me what happened to the R0.01 cent that I lend as part of the emergency airtime she kindly assisted me to check on the system and she confirmed it doesn't show I should try to call during the day.

Due to my day been busy it's slipped my mind. During that morning I recharged again with R5 airtime voucher paying a portion of the emergency airtime, so I can get the data at 7:21. Afterwards lend again the R5 to add up and get the data. This time it was fine I would like to be told what happened to the R0.01.

Because by simple maths if someone takes R0.01 to a 10000 customer who lend emergency airtime he/she gets R100. R0.01 to a 100000 customer who lend emergency airtime he/she gets R1000. R0.01 to a *** customer who lend emergency airtime he/she gets R10000

Imagine if ***0 customer per day has been taken R0.01 it amounts to R100000 per day.

So can someone from the Telecommunications explain what happened to my R0.01 please cause when I recharge you are gonna deduct it from my airtime

My cellphone ***.
