R 899 ADSL with DSTV Explorer - STILL WAITING!!!!!

Really Frustrated!!!! We are new Telkom customers that signed up in the month of June 2015 for the 10mbps ADSL with 50gb of data bundle as well as 2 sims etc etc and a DSTV EXPLORA!. The line was installed and is active and we were told that the DSTV EXplora will be delivered when the line is installed. No Explora was delivered as there was no stock. After numerous calls logged and complaints lodged I am being shoved from pillar to post. The Telkom direct shop where we signed up says I must contact the sales department and vice versa! Can someone just take ownership and let me know when I will be receiving my Explora??? Plain and simple really!
