R 2000.00+ Incomplete Installation and bad service

Skip Telkom. Skip bad service. Here is why:

R2000.00 later and they send a bunch of unproffesional slackers that lie (Upon request I will make e-mails and recorded calls available). Furthermore, Telkom Support can't help me cause the installers didn't give me a number.

Details:

On 2017-02-09 a Telkom representative phoned me to inform me I can apply for fibre activation with my service provider.

Yesterday (2017-02-14) a Telkom representative from OpenServe made an appointment at 14h15 to activate the fibre line. He was sleeping in his bakkie outside our complex and didn't answer his phone. I had to go wake him. He installed the box in the house and connected the modem. However there was some other thing that had to be done that he couldn't do. This wasted my whole afternoon.

Today my wife took time off from work to accomodate them. They claim to have gotten the fibre part up and running. They refused to test the connection to the modem with our router (Archer VR900). I phoned the guy and asked if they have at least tested the line with their router which he said he did. He confirmed this twice.

No internet connectivity.

This evening I phoned telkom support on 375 375. Apparently they can't help me as I don't have the fibre number. Apparently it should have been a sticker on the modem, which the install guys didn't apply or tel us. Furthermore, the SMS with access details I received is useless! Why do you send me access details if its not activated?

Charging that amount of money and then doing things half way is unacceptable.
