Quoted Without Consent - CONTRAVENTION OF THE POPIA ACT.

I was interested in a cellphone contract and app**** online on the 12th September 2021. I was contacted the very next day and did the application. After having waited for three weeks no had contacted me so I went to on of the Telkom stalls they have setup inside the Shoprite complex in Eldorado Park. I was then told that the package was never gonna arrive as I was not even quoted. The gentlemen then advised me that he will take my documents and do the quote. Around late October I then received a sms stating that the the application was unsuccessful. I dont have a problem with that. WHAT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IS BE QUOTED 4 TIMES DRPPING MY CREDIT SCORE. THIS IS CONTRAVENTION OF THE POPIA ACT. Remove the 3 additional quotes from my name.
