I spoke to Nenekazi yesterday on the telephone. She called me from Telkom as I wanted to migrate from Telkom to Afrihost. She offered me a 25% discount. I then asked her what would it cost me for the entire package to upgrade to a 10 meg line. I specified the line rental, the internet package and the line speed. I even said to her, I want the total for all 3 things. She then called me back and quoted me R 893-00. I asked her if this includes everything and she said yes.<br> 30 mins later I get an email from her. The whole email written IN CAPITAL LETTERS. \ITS NENE I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM ONE OF THE SALES AGENT SAYING THAT IN THE R893<br> THE LINE RENTAL IS NOT INCLUDED,SO I GUESS ITS BEST THAT I MIGRATE YOU TO AFRIHOST.PLEASE CONFIRM WHEN YOU RECEIVE THIS EMAIL SO THAT I CAN PROCESS THE ORDER\"<br> <br> This is copied and pasted from my email.
