Quick turnaround on fault and service with a smile

Logged a fault on Wednesday late afternoon and by Thursday afternoon received a call from technician Mervin Addison who was at my house to fix the line. Unfortunately I wasn't home but Mervin was happy to reschedule for Friday and arrived promptly at the agreed time. Line issue was resolved and feedback was given to me once the job was completed. Mervin is a true professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!
