Quick to Call but Slow on actually Delivering a services

It has been two weeks from the date I placed my order for ADSL, Brenda was quick to call and get all my Information, But after we last spoke I did receive anything from her. They guaranteed me it will take 7 to 14 Working days and I didn't receive anything as yet. No call, No email, Nothing.
