Quick to bill yet no product delivery

3 months later and my query is still being resolved. Do not offer a product if you cannot deliver. Fiber is not available in my area yet I'm receiving a monthly bill for uncapped internet. Whoever is investigating this matter is probably still on leave and will attend when he returns. I'll expect confirmation that this has been fixed and and this account closed as I did not receive any product or service.
