Quick Sale, Poor Service

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Telkom and they keep pushing me in circles. They have convinced me to downgrade and stay with them but they still havent processed the application.

I really cant afford to pay telkom any longer and soon they will take me to court saying im in arrears.

Please assist me with this matter
