Thank you Telkom for attending to my complaint made on HelloPeter, it was a good response, and problem sorted out within 3 days. Also, my apologies in blaming the technician who was attended to my first query and came back again after complaining about the problem, and still did her job and apologising for something that she did not do wrong.
