Quick response to Hellopeter but No further progress. Extrememly frustrated

Last week I posted a review on Hellopeter. I app**** for a Telkom fibre line 6 weeks ago and have heard nothing at all. I received a quick response from Telkom saying they would look into it, but over a week later there is still no progress. This is unbelievable.
