Just wanted to thank telkom for their quick response to my last complaint. After my complaint was submitted,i got a call the next morning and a technician was dispatched to my premises. For the first time in 5 months my line in working the way it should, no line drops or low speeds.Thank you telkom. Just a few more things. Why is it that you first have to complain on sites like this one before someone actually does something to help and why couldn't the previous five technicians sort out this problem? The last technician was busy for about an hour and everything is still working. Once again, thank you and keep up the good work.
