QUERY RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY

I hsd a complaint with Telkom. That same day Launa Molapo from the social media team called me and within 10 minutes, my query was resolved without a hitch. She still called me later to check whether I was happy with the results and I was very impressed. She was just such a pleasure to deal with because she understood where I'm coming from.
