<p>Telkom sent me an SMS saying my query was resolved. It hasn't been resolved. Please I need Telkom to send a courier to pick this phone and have the right one sent to me as per my order. This is close to 3 months now. I was sent a wrong product Telkom please fix this! I really need help :( </p>
