I had reported a query 3 weeks ago, and stil no one calls- and give feedback or resolution, i keep calling, advised no joy still under inverstigation. i have incured a high additional charge on my telkom line, by constantly calling for feedback, which no one can provide. and then be advised that 081180 number is charged at mobile rate, from a telkom land line. I called today still under investigation . the initial query was I took a Lte Line and the Modem was sent to me withith the APN number request (no fault of fine), so I queried the charges, as in was not operational from 20 Oct to 5 November. These charges need to reversed. also my telkom land line to be checkes as well, as numerous calls made to call centre, i am being charged for these calls to yourll on 081 number for an mistake from your side.<br> please can some one provided urgent feedback.
