Queries for Business not resolved 2017; Online Shop Non-Functional

I have been appointed to sort LINKING our business account just to at least obtain our bills to pay. 2 individuals which I could name and shame has not rep**** to messages since October 2017. Telkom Store will tell you they don't work with Fibre division or 10217 division queries and visa-versa-visa! You cannot buy a phone from Telkom Store and they keep telling you to go to online shopping a they don't keep phones in store. When you try to do this, the website doesn't work. I AM ON THE VERGE OF SCREAMING AT SOMEONE! How the hell does Telkom function when None of the Various Institutions (Telkom) DO NOT communicate with each other.
