Queen Msani and Telkom refusing to cancel Telkom contracts!

Queen Msani from Telkom service call centre **********ly allowed a debit to run through my account after requesting a cancellation and recieving confirmation that it has been cancelled. She said I had to pay 500 rand to a account because they increased the fees without informing me and then said she will cancel my account afterwards. No cancelation has been made and my account has been debited again this month. Telkom are **********!!!
