Quality and Value for Money

<p>Telkom experience has been to me like meeting and falling for a cool guy after you come from a dysfunctional horrible relationship with the worst ex (I won't mention the cellphone company to whom the bad boyfriend methapor relates). I took out a contract phone with Telkom 2 years ago. Telkom is responsive, the call centre agents are helpful and always give speedy service. Telkom always SMSs me billing information so that I know what I am spending at all times (budgets are very important). Also, their prices are quite competitive. I make quite a lot of phone calls but my payments are reasonable low. Certainly lower prices compared to the previous cellphone company whose name shall not be mentioned. </p> <p>Generally positive experience. I am definately upgrading and staying with Telkom for a further 2 years.</p>
