****py Telkom Service!!

Yet again, went into a telkom store only to be told they cannot assisthave to speak to the call centre agent. Waited for their call. Was on the line for over an hour an still pathetic! No resolution whatsoever. My credit record is going bad just because telkom cannot do their job properly! Absolutely disgusted with the service!
