Telkom has thee worst customer service I have ever experienced, every month i get disconnected for errors made by Telkom and i get assured it is fixed until i go through the very same thing, i spoke to Phelelani who hung up on me, Nonhlanhla who told me i failed security verification after i asked for a manager, Mpho who kept me on hold for over 1 hour and so many others! still i have received no assistance.
