Good day all. I am very disappointed in Telkom and their **** service. I upgraded both my cell phone contracts about three months ago. At the time they didn't have stock of the phones I wanted so they put me on a waiting list, the lady assured me that it won't be longer than three weeks. I had no problem waiting, but three months is a but pathetic. I have tried phoning two of their branches but I cannot get through no matter how many times I call. I would like to know if this will be sorted out soon or do I need to cancel all my contracts with telkom and use another cellular and ISP?
