<p>I tooknow out a contract with Telkom on the 23rd of December 2016, until today I haven't recieved my cellphone. My account was debited 6 days later.</p> <p> </p> <p>On average it takes 50 minutes for their Call centre to answer calls & everytime they tell me that the package has been sent tout me.</p> <p> </p> <p>It still hasn't arrived. There are no Supervisors or Managers to hear complaints.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can't escalate the complaints too, since there is no provision for such in their company. They don't wanna give me their direct address or contact details.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent more than 20 tweets & I always get a response that I will be contacted of which upto now , they haven't. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am so pi**Ed of by their service </p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom, you're the worst</p>
