Putrid service provider that can provide more problems than a service

I have the most disgusted experience with telkom over this pass month, I have an LTE line with telkom as they can't do Fibre as yet, every 6 hours my network drops for all my telkom devices for around 35 to 45 mins. I currently work from home and I'm looking to cancel my services to move to a provider than can give me a service.
