Putrid service and policies at Telkom Mobile N1 City

So I upgraded my contract at Telkom Mobile in N1 City. I was sold the Huawei P40 Lite and was told that it doesn't have play store and uses a different app store. What wasn't mentioned was that certain apps cannot be downloaded like YouTube and Gumtree and have to be run off the browser. I took it back the next day to ask to be downgraded to the P30 Lite as it has those functionalities. I was greeted with hostility and disdain and accused of lying about not being told about the apps. I am outraged at the ludicrous policies and treatment received. I will be taking this matter forward as by law I am legally allowed to return any product within 7 days that is not as described.
