Putrid service

Took me just under a month to sign up with Telkom as they kept getting my order wrong. Now that I finally do have Fibre installed they hit me with a hefty account that at this point I'm still waiting for an answer. They put you through several agents that cannot even answer your. You event from pillar to post! After sale service leaves so much to be desired.
