Putrid service.

I logged a refund dispute with Telkom on the 8th December 2021 - it is the 20th December 2021 - way pass the SLA.

- No call back received - No updates given - No refund recieved

Called and asked for a manager, on hold for 10 min, been on the call for 51min encounting... How am I waiting on funds due to me but when I have had to pay Telkom the funds were paid on the same day!!!!!!!

PUTRID service. I want a manager to call me back before I share this widely in the media.
