<p>I wanted to apply for an Samsung J7 done the application online within a few minutes received an call from Slindile asked her to please call me back at 11:00 because of my environment I can’t receive calls that whole day passed no call , put through an application again no phone call after 2 day received an call agent does not speak at 16:55 another call from Telkom same issue agent not speaking laid a complaint after 2 WEEKS!!! received call on the 19/07/2017 from Yolanda doing a new application for Huawei Mate 9 Congratulations it’s been Approved waiting period is 5-7 working days Yolanda called that night again for banking details gave it to her again done with application 5 working days has passed so I called Telkom because I did not receive any confirmation by sms or an email stating that I have app**** for the contract with tracking number etc. so I got worried think it might be ********** so i called them on Wednesday and guess what it has been declined because the cant confirm Employment Details apparently they don’t work with an Share Call number and that is the only number that we have so I wonder how are you getting sales then???? so i waited and waited just to be told that it was unsuccessful so this lady said we will give you call and guess what no call but I don’t know what’s worse from Telkom not wanting new customers or just to give an bad service overall but you know what you learn from this whole process is the people who appreciates a new client getting very nice service and same day delivery but how does that saying go. One man's loss is another man's gain THANK YOU FOR OPENING MY EYES!!! Please don’t bother to call me or to send an email as the Apologies is just a farce</p>
