Putrid, pathetic service.

Telkom mysteriously and without my permission cancelled my contract. I've been struggling for many, many months with Telkom network coverage in the area where I reside. I've been complaining and complaining but nothing comes of my requests and complaints. Yesterday, Telkom decides to cancel my contract without notifying me and without my permission. I've been pleading for assistance with the network issue and also for them to restore my contract.
