Putrid customer service and don't care attitude

I called Telkom on Friday to complain about their putrid service. No-one called me back or even tried to resolve the issue. I called them again on Monday to complain. They have so called telkom minutes, that can be used to call any telkom landline or mobile number. But every time I call a telkom number, they use my all network minutes. This is totally unacceptable. This is not the first time it has happened. Last month the same thing happened, and I am still waiting for someone to call me back so this issue can be resolved. It seems Telkom is so blasé about being the only service of its kind in South Africa, that they don't have to respond to complaints or bad reviews. They are untouchable, and can just continue on this very slippery road. I am really fed up with Telkom and especially since. I would like a manager to call me and get this problem sorted out and to assure me that it will not happen again.
