PUTRID CUSTOMER SERVICE

To make a long story short. After calling 27 Telkom store numbers with no answer, I was told by a consultant at the Capegate Telkom store that the reason why I have had no luck is because walk in clients are more important than clients that call in and also the 5min he spent with me on the call he could have helped someone else already...(shocking) The Capegate manager was suppose to call back within an hour but up until now no one has contacted me. <br> <br> I come from a client service background where according to me ALL clients are important, SO what makes me different (Call-in client) to the client that walks in as all I wanted was info regarding an unit I wanted to purchase???<br> <br> <br>
