Putrid!
What a waste of a company pure rubbi****he service received here is the worst I have encountered!My query has still not been resolved and it is a different story everytime! If it's not their systems aren t down then my issue needs to be escalated!!!!My query has been escalated three times now all of a sudden my line has been cancelled!I need clarity on the matter as this is frustrating this matter is affecting my income as I can't get my internet access connected! I cannot work without internet access. Someone needs to contact me to resolve the issue!
