Puthie Rosy Ngoepe in Telkom Northgate direct a unless consultant!!!

Went to Telkom Direct in Northgate to do a Sim swap last week Thursday 27th August 2020, was assisted by Phuthi Rosy Ngoepe what a pathetic service, she was busy ears dropping over what other colleagues where taking about and also rolling her eyes on me!! To date the Sim card is not working, she was so rude and didn't really engage with me nicely as a customer, it's like she was forced to 'assist' me. I then asked her when will the Sim card be active as I am using it for work and she assured me that after few 'minutes' 4 later I'm still waiting!!! Sent her a mail on Sunday to let her know that the Sim card is still not working, she rep**** to me yesterday by saying that I must come to the store.. Come to the store to do what? This was supposed to be done on Thursday is it my problem now that she didn't do her work????? Come to the store so that she can give me her stinky attitude???? Nah il pass. I reckon she must consider early retirement as the are people out there who are affected by this pandemic and are in need of jobs, I believe they would do way better than her as she is useless!!!!
