Put on contract where it should have been month to month till they contact me regarding uncapped

I was looking to upgrade to uncapped but it wasnt available at the time. I was on a 20 gig LTE contract at the time. I asked the sales representative if they have anything available in the meantime till the uncapped is available. He offered the 50 gig package and I asked if its month to month contract as I dont want fixed period as I am waiting on the uncapped deal. Now I found out when calling Telkom regarding uncapped after not hearing anything for past few months that sales representative signed me up on a 24 month contract. This is poor service and ********* considering I asked that I need a month to month contract till the uncapped is available. I have been with Telkom for more than 5 years and wont be taking any package from them again after this incident and will definitely not refer them to anyone. This is poor service.
