Pushing sales and commission in their own intrest regardless of signal queries

I have been contacting Telkom and Smartsure regarding cancellation of my wifi router because their sales agent failed to tell me there is no coverage in my area. The Smartsure agent is Nomonde Ngidi, I am still within the cooling off period but I'm being sent around regarding cancellation and collection of the device. Its all fun and games when they getting you to sign, but give you the runaround when you must cancel cause you cant use their things.
