Purchased R199 Free Me bundle without airtime?!?

<p>I purchased a R199 Free Me bundle, received 100 sms'es, 3GB data, but no airtime!!! I cannot even call other Telkom mobile numbers!!! If there are some sort of bundle compatibility issue I would have at least expected some sort of warning before Telkom happily take my money.</p>
