Purchase of prepaid data

At about 8pm on the 28th December I purchases R899 of prepaid data (20Gig) for my prepaid 8ta data card. After purchasing this I tried to convert it to 20Gig of Data and was surprised to read an sms saying \insufficient funds". I thought....OK"
