Punished and victimised for complaining

Seems after lodging a complaint here a couple of weeks back I am now being punished by Telkom. They keep cutting my access to data and sending the "Your internet access has been paused..." SMS even though I have at least 10GB which expires in July. This start a few days after lodging complaint. Telkom is stooping low. Very ************ business practices. I am pretty sure I am not the only one being victimised.
