Please refer my Hello Peter complaint a month ago (17 September 07:15) where you kindly gave me a reference no. CT*** .....<br> It is pointless having a reference number if no-one at Telkom is going to do anything about it !!.<br> Why is your division called customer service , or is that just an Oxy***** ?
