PUK Request

How long does it take to receive a call back when requested on the website??? My sim has been blocked for 3 days and they refused to assist me because the sim registered on my husbands name. I asked the agent to call my husband she said she is not able to. My husband went and requested a call online and till now No call! This customer service is appalling!
