Pruchased an I phone a week ago and even today its SIM is not yet activated

<p>I bought an I Phone 7 two weeks ago telephonically and was delivered to my door on monday last week which i called in them same day so that my SIM card can be acticated. Since then i have been calling the sales team and Telkom in general evedyday to check if my SIM is activated but no. I call in everyday to remind them and they promise me that emails have been send to relevant personel which comes back to me as if no one is doing a follow up on my SIM. It only takes a day for a SIM to be activated but with the service i get from Telkom, it is bad..it literally will take two weeks to amonth for them to cativate my SIM. I dont have time to go to their shop because i knock off late and the reason i ordered the phone telphonically was that i dont have time to go to their store.</p>
