Prorata charged no help to reverse

<p>I enquired about a laptop deal with fourways crossing on Thursday I was told about the prorata & requested that the deal be loaded on Sarturday the ( 1st July) to aviod charges, to my surprise I was charged for June when I didnt have a contract in June. Went the store today was told to expect a call from billing, got the call & was tranfered to 4 different people after a good 45 min of holding the last guy I spoke to told me I had to go back to the store & call from there ... cant tell you how annoying this is ... please fix</p>
