Proof of Purchase/ Copy of Contract
It is absolutely ridiculous! I requested a proof of purchase and they just plainly refuse to give it to me!<br> <br> It is unacceptable, I am allowed to request at anytime a copy of my contract, I tried my best to communicate Telkom employees with no assistance whatsoever. <br> <br> This behavior is appalling to any business!<br>
