Proof of purchase

I'm fedup after being passed around through sales to online sales to go to 4 different shops and none of Telkoms employers can help me with a proof of purchase on my mobile. Its been more than a year now and I honestly don't know what to do. Beyond dissapointed in the customer care and after all service of Telkom.
