Proof of purchace
<p>Im strugling now for the last 3 weeks to simply get a proof of purchace for a galaxy note 4 that I got on contract about 1 year 7 months ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phone dont want to charge but is stil under factory warranty. Samsung just want a proof of purchase to fix the phone for me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to telkom menlyn with my ID as they requested previously from me just to hear that they cannot give me a proof of purchase because the phone is older than a year (but the phone has a 2 year warranty and is under a 24 month contract) </p> <p> </p> <p>The lady that helped me on Saturday 10/6/2017 said that the new phones that I upgrade to now wipe the old phones of the system</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you help me in this matter please?</p>
