Proof of payment does not count!

Adding to the ****ty service, suspend the account for R45, make a payment and like a robot - I do understand your problem but you have to wait 48 hours. Pity really thought the service was changing, sadly I have to wait 2 year to get out of the contract with this pathetic company. Sad really!!!!
