Promotions- Misleading

I purchased it but I haven't received my free 1GB I called Telkom last night around 18:09 and I spoke to Brenda and she told me to give between 4-6hours turnaround time for Telkom to be able to recognize my no that I did the purchase if not I should call again so they may log a query for me I called this morning and spoke to Nkosi'khona the guy didn't have any clue of what I was talking about and he told me that Sunday it's not a working day he's going to escalate the query and it will be attended to tomorrow whereas I need to use data for my assignment as of yesterday Telkom is misleading...they don't pay their cards fair and square, you go to Vodacom and pay more price for a data contract and you get exactly what you have paid for and you get expensive service Telkom advertise their data contract for cheap and you get cheap service and **********</p>
