Promotional watches delivery

My name is Bongani Mlangeni I am not happy at all, i took 2 contract phones A26 on the 28th of November, those phone come with promotional watches. I did told them that I have not received the watches and the logged the TT was logged so that that they can be delivered , till today I am still waiting. I call in the morning doing a follow up on they the lady I spoke to advised me to call an *** number n when I call the number is not going through. I am not happy at all. I can’t wait any longer.
