I Alfredo Dos Santos, have 2 existing contracts with Telkom.<br> When I noticed the deal for a Huawei P8 Lite on a Smart plan 50* Package for R149.00 P/M for 24 months.<br> I immediately jumped at the offer.<br> However, each and every time I have been to the Glen shopping centre branch, which it is now my 3rd attempt.<br> I get told stories that they are waiting for stock??? This is shocking, and rather upsetting for customers.<br> As far as I understand, that the CPA will be kind enough to know that the management of Telkom have not done anything to accommodate their customers.<br> <br> This offer is valid until the 19th of November 2015. I therefore request that this matter be resolved URGENTLY!!<br> As a re-occurring customer of Telkom mobile, I require service, as the sales consultants are the ones who are getting all the complaints, and that is not fair on them.
